Step 1: Request a Quote, Fill out our quick form to tell us about your dog(s), location, and how often you’d like service.

Step 2: We'll Be in Touch We’ll review your request and send you a personalised quote. If a one-time catch-up clean is needed, we’ll let you know and get you scheduled.

Step 3: Set Up Your Customer Portal Once confirmed, you’ll receive a secure link to set up your subscription, view invoices, and manage everything easily from one place.

Step 4: Billing & Payments All payments are collected automatically on the 1st of each month before service begins. You’ll receive an invoice and email receipt for every payment. 💡 Joining mid-month? We’ll start with a catch-up clean and your subscription will begin on the next 1st of the month.

How do I cancel my service?

Easy, you can cancel anytime through your customer portal. No contracts. No hidden fees.

What if I have more than 4 dogs?

We’ve got you covered! Just leave a note in your quote request, and we’ll build a custom plan for you.

What happens if a payment fails or is missed?

Your service will pause, and we’ll send you a quick reminder. Once payment is sorted, service resumes as normal.

Do I need to be home during the visit?

Nope! As long as we can safely access the garden, you don’t need to be in. Just let us know any access notes in your form.

What areas do you cover?

We currently cover Andover and surrounding Hampshire areas.

Service days are set by postcode to keep routes efficient (just like bin days).

How do you work out pricing?

Your quote is based on: The number of dogs 🐶 How often you’d like us to visit (weekly or twice-weekly) A one-time Catch-Up Clean if you join after the 1st of the month (this covers you until your subscription starts).

Do you take the waste away?

No. We double-bag all pet waste and place it in your outdoor bin — safe, simple, and eco-friendly.

What happens in bad weather?

We work in most conditions including rain and snow. Only extreme weather (like ice, storms or severe flooding) may cause a delay, in which case we’ll notify you.

What if you can’t access my garden?

If the gate is locked or the dogs are out, we’ll knock and try to call you. If we can’t get in and time doesn’t allow us to return, the visit will be counted as completed.

How will I know you’ve been?

You’ll receive a photo of your gate open/closed securely as proof of service and be updated to your customer portal.

What do you use to clean equipment?

All tools are cleaned and disinfected before and after every job using pet-safe cleaning products.

How soon can you start?

As soon as you accept your quote and complete payment, we’ll slot you into your area’s scheduled service days.

Do you offer one-time cleans only?

Yes, we offer one-off One-Time Cleans for gardens that just need an occasional refresh, separate from ongoing subscriptions.

Is there a minimum contract?

No. All services are pay-as-you-go through your subscription, with no long-term tie-ins.

Can I change my service plans from weekly to twice-weekly (or vice versa)?

Yes — you can update your plan anytime through your customer portal.
